Datacom is hiring a Field Engineer to provide onsite desktop and engineering support for local and national customers in Hastings and at the customer’s location in Porirua, New Zealand. The role involves supporting end-user devices, troubleshooting faults, and delivering Windows, server, and network support, with strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills required. The position is full-time onsite and restricted to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents who have lived in New Zealand for at least five consecutive years.
