Description
Dean Snyder Construction is hiring a field-based construction role intended as a career path to Superintendent. The position works under a Superintendent, learns construction techniques, reads blueprints and specifications, coordinates shop drawings and project schedules, supervises crews and subcontractors, assigns work, monitors equipment and safety, inspects work, and may perform concrete, steel, and carpentry tasks. It requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, along with construction knowledge, scheduling, communication, recordkeeping, and a valid driver’s license meeting MVR standards.
