Description
The Break-Fix Technician will repair laptops and desktops in the Freeland, Michigan metro area on an onsite contract basis, traveling 250–350 miles per week. Responsibilities include replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards; performing whole-unit swaps; repairing or replacing PC peripherals; and closing service tickets in real time. The role requires a certification, at least one year of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience, a reliable car and car insurance, and the ability to complete product training. Computer-building experience and general hardware and software knowledge are preferred, while Dell certifications are provided at no cost.
