Description
Flock is hiring a Field Engineer to lead operational readiness and field testing for emerging R&D hardware, with an 80% focus on drones and robotics platforms. The role involves hands-on installations and pilot testing, developing deployment playbooks and documentation, standardizing field processes, tracking performance and hardware issues, and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Hardware Operations. Candidates must be able to travel up to 75% nationwide, have a track record in field engineering, robotics, or technical product deployment, hold or obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 90 days, and perform hardware fabrication, debugging, and installations. The starting base salary is $60,000 to $80,000 plus overtime and Flock stock options.
