Genetec is hiring a Field Engineer for its Professional Services team in North America. The role provides on-site and remote technical services to customers and partners, including proof-of-concept work, staging, system deployment and commissioning, audits, assessments, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, escalation, customer consulting, and project coordination for Genetec security solutions. The position requires expertise in video surveillance, access control, Windows administration, networking, storage, databases, virtualization, encryption, and certificates, along with strong analytical, communication, organization, and troubleshooting abilities.
