Harder Mechanical is hiring an entry-level Field Engineer to work at a semiconductor manufacturing plant in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role plans, schedules, and executes assigned project work; coordinates with field labor, suppliers, designers, owners, and other team members; monitors construction quality and progress; prepares work packages and estimates; and maintains project records. The position requires Microsoft Office and Bluebeam proficiency, communication, organization, time management, teamwork, a valid driver license, mechanical aptitude, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, business management, mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering, with internship experience preferred.
