Description
The Technical Operations Engineer will plan, integrate, and execute activities supporting events, experiments, and demonstrations at the LM Center for Innovation. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, operating and maintaining simulation, audio/video, and core infrastructure systems in a customer collaboration environment, and solving complex technical problems while coordinating with the Tech-Ops team and other stakeholders. The position requires hardware and software support experience, infrastructure maintenance experience, Linux and Microsoft systems experience, technical analysis skills, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
