Description
The Field Engineer supports offshore installation projects by developing vessel layouts and barge loadout plans, preparing installation procedures and material lists, coordinating with marine, engineering, quality, safety, survey, diving, logistics, and subcontractor teams, inspecting loadouts and fabricated structures, resolving technical problems, and preparing as-built documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years of offshore installation experience, AutoCAD or similar tool knowledge, and willingness to travel to offshore and onshore sites.
