Description
The Field Engineer I will track construction activity, support EPC and balance-of-plant projects in the utility and renewable energy sector, and maintain safety, quality, environmental, planning, procurement, and client relationship standards across project sites. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction-management field or equivalent experience, at least one year of BESS, substation, transmission, or renewable-energy EPC experience, domestic travel of 76–100%, and a valid driver’s license. The anticipated base salary is $66,000–$78,000, with per diem, bonus eligibility, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a health savings account.
