Description
The Field Engineer will serve as a Field/Computer Technician repairing laptops and desktops in the Tempe metro area. Responsibilities include replacing hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, performing whole-unit swaps, repairing or replacing PC peripherals, and closing service tickets in the Client Call Management system. The role requires onsite work, travel, approximately 2–3 hours of daily driving, and reimbursement for mileage during work locations; the candidate must provide their own reliable car and car insurance. At least one year of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience is required, while computer-building experience is preferred.
