Description
The Field Engineer serves as vdBA SecureOps’ in-person technical presence for life sciences managed services clients, performing deskside support, hardware installs, network and endpoint troubleshooting, client onboarding, ticket ownership, and professional client communication. The role requires hands-on Cisco Meraki networking, Windows and macOS endpoint support, Microsoft 365 and general desktop/infrastructure experience, strong communication and organization, and reliable local travel to client sites.
