SJS Executives, LLC is hiring a full-time Construction Manager/Field Engineer to support ongoing construction operations at a US Navy facility in Virginia Beach. The role coordinates with contractors, supported commands, and other agencies; reviews drawings, specifications, submittals, schedules, and quality-control reports; monitors construction progress and technical compliance; resolves unforeseen technical problems; supports claims and disputes; and prepares project modifications. Candidates need an engineering, architecture, construction-management, or engineering-technology degree, at least seven years of relevant experience on large commercial, industrial, utility, or waterfront contracts, a valid Real ID, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check for military installation access. The position pays $55.28 to $57.69 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and PTO.
