Description
The role performs technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements; troubleshoots technical problems; assesses product needs; and provides training and product briefings to customers, vendors, and company representatives. It also serves as a local on-site representative and supports equipment upgrades, maintenance, GFE test equipment, site facilities, and hardware upgrades. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience with equipment upgrades and maintenance, and offers a full-time salary range of $59,900 to $111,300 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
