Description
Duna is hiring a Customer Implementation Engineer to work with customers on implementing and using its product, serving as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts. The role involves scoping requirements, troubleshooting implementation issues, guiding customers toward scalable solutions, and collaborating with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience. The position is remote-first and uses a Node.js, TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS technology stack.
