Graham Construction, a 3G Company is hiring a summer 2027 Field Engineer Intern for a field-based placement throughout the Central Iowa region. The internship provides college students with construction field training and exposure intended to prepare them for future field or project leadership roles. Responsibilities include documenting safety walks, jobsite progress, meeting minutes, schedules, client updates, construction documentation, punch-list activities, and assisting project managers and superintendents. The intern will use Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Outlook, promote safety, maintain relationships with project stakeholders, attend site tours and company events, and complete educational and intern projects. A bachelor’s or associate degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication, attention to detail, leadership, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work nights and weekends and in varying weather conditions.
