Blach Construction is hiring an entry-level Field Engineer Intern for a summer 2027 internship in Northern California. The intern will support the Superintendent and project team with job planning, scheduling, safety and quality control, documentation, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor coordination, permits, inspections, and customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, computer skills, scheduling software familiarity, initiative, and problem-solving ability, and pays $20-$28 hourly depending on experience.
