Description
The Field Engineer assists the Project Engineer with project documentation, drawings, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, budgets, quantities, quality management, safety, risk management, BIM coordination, and LEED documentation. The role supports superintendents and field problem resolution, requires a construction-related degree or equivalent technical/field experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. It includes three progression steps, with Step II intended for employees with two years of experience or experience on larger and more complex projects.
