Description

SHINE Technologies is looking for a Mechanical Field Engineer who will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to the planning and implementation of process and mechanical systems for the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility. This role involves close collaboration with various engineering teams and contractors to ensure accurate design implementation, maintain configuration control, and complete all necessary testing and documentation.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Required Previous Experiences: five (5) years’ experience in one or more areas of construction or project management (e.g., work execution, work planning, field engineering etc.) at an active capital construction project.
10 years’ experience as a field engineer in any one of the focused disciplines including mechanical engineering may be substituted in lieu of the education requirement.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a team environment and to take directions as well as think independently.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction drawings, specifications, procedures, and government regulations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and drive acceptable resolutions.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Adobe, Bluebeam.
Ability to climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Industry experience in construction or operations of nuclear facilities (Part 50 or 70) preferred.
