Description
Scale is hiring a Field Engineer for federal AI projects to work directly with public-sector customers, build production-grade data pipelines, integrate customer data with Scale's platform, develop documentation and SDKs, resolve technical escalations, and represent the company at customer events. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, customer-facing engineering experience, programming experience, and strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. It is a full-time position with two disclosed U.S. base-salary ranges and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
