Holder Construction is hiring a full-time Field Engineer Technician for its Operations team on a project in Chester, Virginia. The role supports Field Engineers by operating robotic total station instruments, auto levels, and other surveying equipment; performing construction layout; setting stakes, lines, elevations, grades, and reference points; maintaining survey equipment; and supporting field supervision. On-the-job training is provided, and the position requires overtime and weekend availability, reliable transportation, OSHA-compliant safety work, willingness to travel, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
