Description
ECI is hiring a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support to financial-services clients. The role handles daily support incidents, desktop and light-server troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, upgrades, relocations, patching, and maintenance. Candidates need a computer science or related degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of end-user support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with home networks, Windows, mobile devices, Office 365, cybersecurity, and hardware troubleshooting. Financial industry, managed services, and virtualization experience are preferred.
