Description

We ARE Renewables is seeking a Field Engineering Coordinator to manage and guide field engineers and activities, providing technical support for construction projects. The coordinator will organize documentation, lead cross-functional teams, participate in technical meetings, and ensure alignment with project strategies. This role involves assisting with design and construction management, maintaining oversight of technical queries and change orders, and collaborating with various stakeholders including vendors and contractors.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Leadership experience in construction project management, ideally in Field Engineer and/or Project Management roles.
Experience in Constructability, Operability and Maintainability Workshops.
A recognized degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification/experience.
Knowledge of Field Engineering practices and procedures.
Experience with Mechanical and Piping.
Preferred Qualifications: IT literate with experience in Management Databases.
Ability to identify issues, problems, and opportunities; make timely decisions; develop innovative solutions; and seek assistance when needed.
VCA-VOL Certification or equivalent.
Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
