Description
Terracon is hiring a Field Facilities Professional for its Western US Facilities team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role performs field-based visual assessments, inspections, testing, data collection, inventory, deficiency documentation, condition ratings, remaining useful-life assumptions, repair recommendations, cost inputs, and report preparation for property and facility condition assessments. It is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week in the office, with fieldwork, travel, and occasional overnight assignments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant building field or 4–9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in active facilities and field environments.
