Description
The Field Facilities Specialist performs maintenance and handyman work in Kohl’s stores, completing work orders and repairing doors, plumbing, lighting, electrical, flooring, carpentry, painting, fixtures, and other interior and exterior building issues. The role also supports housekeeping, communicates maintenance issues and resolutions, coordinates with vendors, and reports store visits to facility managers. It requires 2–4 years of maintenance experience, prior retail or office building maintenance experience, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, moderate lifting, travel up to 100% including overnight stays, ladder work up to 12 feet, and a valid driver’s license with a registered vehicle.
