Rising Edge Group is hiring a Field Foreman to manage and oversee on-site construction activities on high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects across North America, leading small crews, coordinating with Construction Managers/Site Supervisors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. The role requires strong construction leadership, safety and quality documentation, material and equipment coordination, and experience in medium to high-voltage substation construction, with travel to project sites and out-of-town rotations.
