Description
Phillips Tank & Structure is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise and lead tank construction projects, coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, and maintain safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and budget. The role requires craft expertise in welding, structural erection, tank repair, new tank construction, and rigging; leadership and training of field employees; equipment and paperwork management; and project documentation. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the United States, and be able to lift 50 pounds; welding ability is a plus.
