Description
The Developing Geophysicist conducts geophysical surveys and borehole logging to image and model subsurface conditions for geologic, groundwater, environmental, engineering, and materials investigations. The role defines survey objectives, designs approaches, collects and analyzes field data, interprets results, and supports infrastructure planning, environmental assessment, and earth-resource evaluation. It includes site visits, field observations, data collection, investigative-program planning, and limited client contact, with a bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geophysics and a valid driver’s license required.
