Victor Energy is hiring a field-based Field Health & Safety Advisor to support energy-sector utility construction projects across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and other Canadian project locations. The role leads occupational health and safety activities, including safety plans and training, orientations, inspections, audits, hazard assessments, emergency response planning, incident investigations, subcontractor monitoring, compliance documentation, and return-to-work coordination. The position requires at least five years of field OHS leadership experience in the energy sector, an active National Construction Safety Officer credential, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and the ability to work independently on a 21-days-on/7-days-off rotation.
