Description
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Field HSE Supervisor to coordinate planning, administration, training, and enforcement of a facility’s Health, Safety and Environmental program. The role conducts safety inspections, identifies hazards and risks, develops job safety analyses, trains associates, investigates incidents, supports safety improvement plans and start-ups, and contributes to continuous improvement and safety committees. An associate degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus 1–3 years of direct safety experience, is required; a bachelor’s degree and OSHA or similar safety certification are preferred. The national salary range is $55,000–$90,000, with regional ranges varying by state.
