The role leads hazard identification, risk assessment, safety inspections, regulatory compliance, training, job safety analyses, incident investigations, corrective actions, safety improvement plans, and continuous improvement initiatives. An associate degree or equivalent experience with 1–3 years of direct safety experience is required, while a bachelor’s degree and OSHA or similar safety certification are preferred.
