EMIT is hiring a Field I/E Controls Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and instrumentation control systems for natural gas compressor equipment at customer sites. The role includes field installations, start-ups, testing, commissioning, customer support, documentation, remote troubleshooting, safety compliance, and travel within an assigned region. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of relevant field service experience, and the ability to read schematics, use diagnostic software, and work safely in varied field and shop environments.
