Claros Technologies is hiring a Field Pilot Engineer to lead the preparation, deployment, startup, operation, optimization, and demobilization of PFAS destruction pilot systems at industrial, municipal, and commercial customer facilities. The role involves traveling up to 50% globally, troubleshooting mechanical and process issues, developing engineering documentation and SOPs, collecting and analyzing performance data, and supporting customer and internal teams. The position is based on-site at Claros Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a stated compensation range of $70,000-$120,000 and health, dental, and vision insurance.
