Description
Auben Realty is hiring a Field Inspector to inspect homes at move-out, prepare scopes of work and recommendations, oversee bid processes, secure investor approval and funds, manage in-house teams and hired partners, assist with material procurement, and support construction methods, safety, and project profitability. The role also coordinates with property management to minimize vacancy and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong inspection and project-management knowledge, autonomy, analytical ability, and high-stress tolerance. Compensation is $45,000-$50,000.
