Seeds Wilderness Way is hiring short-term Field Instructors for three-week backpacking trips serving families in crisis in Western Colorado. The role involves leading two five-day trips, providing individual care and discipleship to 1–2 students, teaching hard and soft skills, and reporting student progress. Full-time contracts are available from October 4–25, 2026, with two half-pay options, and compensation is $2,300 for the full contract. Applicants must be at least 21, older than the oldest student, hold a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, be sober, have first aid and CPR certification, and be able to carry a 75-pound pack.
