Auld & White Constructors is hiring Field Interns to gain hands-on experience on commercial construction projects throughout Northeast Florida. The intern will assist the Superintendent with on-site coordination, subcontractor scheduling, material and equipment logistics, quality monitoring, safety activities, project documentation, stakeholder communication, and special projects. The role requires current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Building Construction Management or a related field, availability for at least 20 hours per week, strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in pursuing a career in commercial construction.
