SkySys is hiring Field IT Support Engineers to provide onsite dispatch support for desktop and end-user support, Smart Hands and Feet, and data-center support across three Saudi locations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, networks, peripherals, and cabling; administering Windows, macOS, and Linux systems; analyzing repeat calls; and managing customer interactions. Candidates need 2–3 years of field IT infrastructure support experience, networking knowledge, ticketing-system experience, and strong communication and organizational skills; an associate degree in electronics and CompTIA A+ certification are preferred.
