Miller Environmental Group is hiring a full-time Field Laborer / Technician for its environmental services field operations team in Paulsboro, New Jersey. The role performs hands-on environmental cleanup, industrial cleaning, decontamination, spill response, emergency deployments, and basic remediation under supervision, including physical work such as digging, lifting, debris removal, and support for vacuum truck operations. The position requires a valid non-CDL driver’s license, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift 40–50 pounds, outdoor and confined-space work, PPE use, and the ability to work extended shifts, travel, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergencies. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with overtime, weekend, and Sunday pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and life insurance.
