Exodigo is hiring a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent large-scale project sites. The role manages work planning, safety, budgets, labor and equipment resources, subcontractors, scheduling, logistics, project performance, and operational quality, with frequent weekly regional travel and occasional nationwide travel. Candidates need at least five years of relevant field operations or infrastructure experience, including two years in supervisory or multi-site leadership, OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, technology, and decision-making skills.
