Description
Exodigo is hiring a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple Field Leads and field teams across large, concurrent project sites. The role manages work planning, safety, staffing, equipment and materials, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, technology platforms, risk mitigation, and KPI reporting. It requires extensive weekly travel across the United States, at least five years of relevant field operations or infrastructure experience including two years in supervisory or multi-site leadership, and OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain it.
