Description
The Field Learning Specialist will develop and execute onboarding and recurring training programs for kitchen and fulfillment staff across Factor_'s three operations facilities. The role involves identifying training gaps, creating curricula and instructional plans, delivering individual and group training, coordinating events and resources, documenting progress, evaluating effectiveness, and collaborating with managers and subject matter experts. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of professional experience, computer and Microsoft/Google Suite proficiency, and bilingual Spanish ability; food and beverage experience is preferred.
