Sensient Technologies is hiring a Field Maintenance Supervisor for its Sensient Agricultural Ingredients operation in Turlock, California. The onsite supervisor will lead field mechanics, oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for agricultural equipment, diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues, coordinate projects and parts, promote safe operations, and support planting and harvest activities. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, maintenance leadership experience in agricultural, industrial, or heavy-equipment settings, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain an agricultural hazardous-materials transportation endorsement. Seasonal field work involves extended schedules and overnight travel away from home. The salary is $90,000–$115,000 USD, and visa sponsorship is not available.
