The Field Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance at assigned stores, identifying further recommended actions. Key duties include specific store repairs like carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, tiling, and lighting, ensuring timely completion within prioritized schedules. The technician also visits stores regularly to maintain equipment cleanliness and operation, performs routine maintenance on beverage and HVAC systems, plans efficient daily routes, coordinates store remodeling efforts, and manages asset tagging. Additionally, they prepare and submit necessary documentation promptly.
