Description
Meyer Najem is hiring a Field Manager/Superintendent to lead large ground-up commercial construction projects valued from $25M to $100M+, with emphasis on life sciences, advanced technology, manufacturing, and other regulated or sensitive environments. The role oversees site operations, subcontractors, scheduling, materials, safety, quality, reporting, and communication with clients, architects, project managers, and trade partners. Candidates need extensive field experience, strong knowledge of MEP systems and GMP spaces, and familiarity with construction technology tools such as ProCore, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and Excel.
