Description
IDinsight is hiring a full-time Field Manager based in Manila, Philippines, to support client-facing research teams in quantitative and qualitative data collection, enumerator recruitment and training, field logistics, data quality, and data processing. The role requires 3–5 years of field experience in data collection, development-program coordination, or team management, strong English and Tagalog skills, Google Spreadsheets experience, and the ability to manage enumerators and work in challenging areas of the Philippines. The position offers international health insurance, paid leave, relocation and travel benefits, and work-from-home stipends, but IDinsight does not sponsor work authorization.
