Description
The Field Manager oversees field operations and field crews, coordinating projects with project management, logistics, manufacturing, customers, builders, and subcontractors. The role manages schedules, on-site inspections, safety compliance, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement while leading and developing field staff. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of field operations, construction, or project management experience, leadership and blueprint-reading skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position is field-based with frequent travel and may require extended hours, overtime, and weekend work.
