Description
The Field Manager leads day-to-day lawn care operations by supervising and mentoring up to 10 technicians, coordinating schedules and resources, ensuring chemical-application and worker-safety compliance, inspecting service quality, resolving customer and field issues, managing equipment and inventory, and reporting operational performance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of lawn care, landscaping, or chemical-application experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain required state chemical-application certifications. Compensation is $50,000–$60,000 per year.
