Freedom Network Services is hiring a full-time, permanent Field Manager to support civil and electrical works across multiple Northern Powergrid substation sites in North and South Yorkshire. The role manages site teams, subcontractors and franchise partners; plans and coordinates resources; monitors progress; manages stakeholder and client relationships; ensures HSQE compliance; maintains site records; and supports quotations, costing, incident reporting and team development. Candidates need utility, civil construction, substation, site-supervision and CDM experience, along with emergency first aid and a full UK driving licence. The position is site-based, pays up to £45,000 plus a company vehicle or car allowance and flexible benefits, and offers private medical insurance and dental insurance.
