Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring a Field Marketer to conduct in-person neighborhood outreach, introduce remodeling services and special offers, generate homeowner interest, and schedule free in-home product demonstrations. The role offers base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, with average first-year earnings of $55,000–$75,000 and top-representative earnings of $85,000 or more. It provides a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, PTO from day one, and medical, dental, and vision benefits. No prior experience is required, but candidates should be self-motivated, outgoing, and available for afternoon and evening shifts, including 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. shifts.
