LGI Homes is hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across Orchard Park and Harvest Grove communities in the Bakersfield area. The role plans and executes community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements; coordinates signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints; manages marketing inventory and vendors; supports photography and video; and tracks traffic, listings, and other performance data. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of marketing, events, or community engagement experience, with real estate marketing experience preferred.
