LGI Homes is hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator for the Green Cove Springs/Middleburg area. The field-based coordinator will execute local marketing campaigns, plan and run community events and Realtor engagements, maintain signage and marketing materials, support content creation and community launches, manage vendors and inventory, monitor listings and traffic data, and report insights to leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of marketing, events, or community engagement experience, strong event planning and communication abilities, social media and content editing skills, and availability to travel between communities and work some evenings and weekends.
